ILLUSTRATING FOR VISIBILITY

On International Women's Day, celebrated on March 8th, the Spanish illustrator 72 kilos, together with WOT, created a series of cartoons to bring visibility to female athletes and the challenges they may face in their sports careers. This series of cartoons, a total of 9, featured headlines to reflect on the difficulties that women who want to or are professionally engaged in sports may encounter. A challenging start, out-of-context comments, lower salaries, or lack of support for women's sports are some of the campaign's most notable messages. The result was a complete success, with prominent athletes and media in our country echoing the action.
